As Store Manager, you become an ambassador for Sakura Copenhagen. You set an honor
in offering the best service on the shop floor, while also being able to function
as a role model for your team. You are in charge of ensuring that the store achieves its goals, and yours
success is reflected by the success of your colleagues and the high visual standard of the store,
where you manage both sales, KPIs, training and management. You are an important one
plays a part in Sakura Copenhagen continuing its growth journey.

• Ensure extraordinary customer experiences for all visitors to the store.
• Ensure achievement of both your own and the team's sales targets.
• Draw up the shift plan and ensure optimal staffing planning with respect for the budget.
• Be responsible for the store and window always looking inspiring and inviting.
• Management and planning of all daily routines and tasks, including sales responsibility.
• Leading the team through example and visibility.
• Ensure fast dispatch of web orders with the same high customer experience as in store.
• Be responsible for customer service by email and phone.
• As Store Manager, you report directly to Sakura Copenhagen's Creative Director.

• You have previous experience from a management position - preferably within retail.
• You have a hands-on mentality and know how to take the lead in all types of tasks.
• You are good at communicating and motivating your employees.
• You are proactive, take ownership and work in a structured way.
• You are a person of order.
• You have a good ability to plan, carry out and follow up tasks at home.
• You speak and write English and master the Microsoft Office suite.
• You smile easily, are an optimist and have a passion for interior design.

Sakura Copenhagen is a design and interior design company founded in 2019, which
sells hand-picked, Japanese design items - such as ceramics, applied art and
textiles. We can offer a dynamic working environment in newly refurbished stately premises in it
French quarters just off Værnedamsvej.
