Matcha strainer with bamboo handle. The matcha sieve is used to avoid lumps in your matcha. The fine-mesh sieve is placed over your cup so that you can sift the matcha into fine particles, which dissolve more easily when whisked.
It is easier to whip your matcha if the powder is sifted beforehand.
Rinse in water or wipe with a damp, clean cloth after use.
