Sing tea: Sweet Bombay 100 g

Sweet Bombai is black tea that reminds you of a journey in India with the sweet vanilla and the characteristic and fine green jasmine tea. The spicy bergamot adds sweetness like in an Earl Gray and makes the experience complete.

A tea that can be enjoyed at any time of the day and is suitable with milk.

Like vanilla tobacco that makes the mind wander.

Preparation

Sweet Bombay is brewed in a preheated pot.

The water must not boil for a long time, as you boil the oxygen out of the water.

Use 1 tsp. tea per cup.

The leaves are poured with 85-90 degree warm water. As this mixture contains green tea with jasmine, which does not tolerate boiling water, the result will be better if you cool the water slightly before pouring over the tea leaves.

Drawing time: 3 – 4 minutes.

Since the tea leaves give the best results by floating freely, you can use a spacious strainer in the preheated teapot, or pour the tea over a preheated teapot

Store dry and cool.
